Right To Know Policy

Act 3 of 2008, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s new Right To Know Law (RTKL), took effect on January 1, 2009, and the Township of Baldwin has enacted a new Policy, and Fee Schedule, in order to be in compliance with this new law.

Open Records Request Form
Requests for public records under the Right To Know Law may be submitted in person, by mail, or by facsimile to the Township’s designated Open Records Officer, using the following form:

Contact Information for the Office of Open Records and Instructions for Filing an Appeal
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Township’s Open Records Officer may file an appeal with the Office of Open Records, within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the Township’s Notice of Denial.
